Carl, I just listened to Bush's press conference with Allawi. Allawi says that there are problems in just 3 Iraqi provinces. And that foreign terrorists are causing most of the problems, not Iraqis. The press is just dramatizing and magnifying the problems that these foreigners and a small number of Iraqis are causing right now. I heard nothing to indicate that Bush will back off in any way after the election. Sure there are bumps, it is difficult to move from a dictatorship to freedom, but it will happen, we will succeed, we aren't leaving just because of a few difficulties. Perhaps this is just a massive deception, just election year shadowplay. We'll have to wait and see. Sam
