I am not sure if the ARMS data is meaningful. Talking to my mortgage broker friend, he has been doing "ARMS" exclusively for some time, but these ARMS are the 3-5 yr types.

If the ARMS that MBAA is reporting are of the negative amortization, or 1 yr or less types, then I would say they present a big problem.

In the mean time, I guess San Jose is going down.
