Kerry is one of our top foreign affairs experts. Foreign affairs, military and intelligence are three of his strong points.

And now he didn't vote to get rid of all the weapons systems. Those Bush ads were outright lies. Zell Miller's speech was also completely dishonest. Zell and JK have the exact same voting record on intel and military budgets.
