Wrong. Bush didn't fulfill his duty, his discharge was given simply as another favor to Dad. Goodness sakes, this POS didn't want to take a physical. How hard is it to take a physical?

It was a MANDATORY PHYSICAL how did he get out of that?

Get a brain. Bush is a deserter, a coward and a POS. Always has been, always will be.
