Allen,

I was at the company stock holder meeting in July and had a chance to listen to the presentation from the company president R. Abelman. I am very impressed with the company projected portfolio and interested to know that Galelio used Wind sofware (Jet Propulsion Lab). You have a pretty good guess on I2O since the company president confirmed that licensing revenue will start to be significant only in 1997. Their licensing approach is very interesting; for Intel board shipped with Tornado the user will have 1 month to test Tornado (time bomb) and if there is any interest the user has to call WR for licensing fee (30-50K). The licensing will only be for 1 specific application renewable after 1 year. For different applications different licensing fee is required. I had a good tour of the company during my visit and had a very good impression of the company. I understantood that the company is expandind and is in the process to rent out more space in building 1075 Atlantis Av. for expansion. In my opinion this company will has a great future, and for the first time I start to understand what is Tornado and why it is a powerfull tool for I2O ( thank to R. Abelman presentation). I came out of the Annual stockholder meeting feeling very good of the company future however I was disappointed that WR did not even offered to shareholders coffee and donuts prior to the meeting (Sorry you can get free coffee in the machine outside the room) but hope that we will get a better treatment next year. I did ask R. Abelman if he has any plan for future stock split or any plan to purchase any company? The answer were that WR has no plan for near future stocksplit or any immediate plan for purchasing any company but if there any good one available they will not hesitate to buy since that they now have good money in their war chest. After the secondary offering the % instituition holding increases probably ~35% and we now has 4 analysts following this stock from 2 previously: Union Bank Suisse, DMG (Palo Alto), forgot the 2 other ones; I will posted when I received the analysts recommendations. Thecompany promissed to send to attendees the copies of their presentation if anyone are interested and I can posted when I received it.
