Evidently Pres Clinton thought OBL was NOT a threat because when he had a chance to stop 9/11 from happening he did nothing. Aggressive action was called for when OBL arranged the USS Cole bombing. If Clinton had taken OBL into custody or arranged for another country to do so after the Cole incident, over 3000 innocent Americans would still be alive today.

Pres Bush responded with force to an attack on the homeland. He continues to take strident, forceful action against our sworn enemies. The majority of Americans agree with his action and will re-elect him on Nov 2. Even "security moms" have deserted wiffle-waffle Kerry.
They've wisely decided their children's lives are more important than other issues.
