What does the 2.4 Ghz 3800+ burn? With the greater than 3500+ 90nm chips going to a higher power range (104 max), it seems that there is not a power benefit in going to 90nm. But, that alone does not imply that they have hit a speed limit. We need to know where the elbow is on the power versus speed curve. I sure hope that it is at at least 3.0 Ghz, but it doesn't look that way to me. Need more data.
