I have no personal experience with this kind of thing, either, so I'm not able to offer any guidance. But I do see that part of the difficulty is the enormous amount of material available and the complexity of the problem. Furthermore, people don't want to have to wade through pages and pages of theory and assumptions and probabilities about who did or didn't do this or that. In fact, most don't even want to think -- they are already suffering from indigestion as result of information overload. So, they want it cooked, pre-digested and simple -- just like baby-food.

All it would take is a very important person to tell them the story and what to do about it -- in fact, just like W has! Then they believe it.

Or else a cartoon usually gets their attention!
