I'm curious how you obtained I.E. 4.0?

When I downloaded it from the net, I had problems with it. However when I recieved the CD Rom disk and installed it It has run flawless.

My MB is Super with the max cache and all the wizbangs from the May era P-133 chip, 32meg ram. 3.8gig harddrive.

I have had none of the problems your experiancing. A friend of mine is having the same problems though, and I his case the computer is the problem. He is trying to run on a 486-66 with 32meg ram. It might be ok but it's a Pack bell witch is the other part of the problem. During his research on why he found out that there were 14pages of problems with IE4.0

Still I must act on what I experiance and so far it is great.

All I ever had with Netscrape was crashes.

What ever works for you.

Michael
