Wow, maurice. If I spent half as much time thinking about this subject as you do writing about it, I'd loose both my job and my wife. But thanks for doing it.

I caught the $1 faux paux, meaning that GSTRF really only gets $0.45. But I think you missed another bill that they have to pay. Dosen't GSTRF owe LOR 3% off the top? Even so, that shouldn't hurt the big picture too much. $500/share in 2002 or so is in line with other projections I've seen.

Extrapolation and projections are a risky business, but let's hope "they" are right!
