Russia and China both Communist I think the 'Communist' moniker is irrelevant... in both cases... better to say 'un-democratic' ;o) I would replace #3 with China and Russia will remain wary of each other but I agree beyond that... I would also add that while Afghanistan made the two nervous.. The invasion of Iraq really irritated both countries and Russia more so I'd wager ...
