Brian, You have no proof, or evidence, that the Holy Spirit even knows you are alive. Since the bible, was not compiled until after the time of Jesus, the prophecies you are speaking of, could easily have been inserted into the book, from the events that had happened, or reported as part of the legends, and were not prophesies at all. Merely reports of what has already happened, or handed down orally, in history, or legend. How many prophecies in the new testament have come to pass? Preterist views are not a credible answer. More of the prophesies by Nostradamus, have come true, than in the bible, and I am not a fan of him.
You're still trying to prove the bible with what the bible says. No book can prove the truth of itself. It is all human beliefs. You can believe what ever you want to, as far as I am concerned, and I will not claim that you are a quack, or agnostic, or any other name, so why do you feel that you have the right to try to denigrate my beliefs, as if I have no right to have them?
You are not very stable, you know. When I first encountered you, on this thread, you were a devout Puritan. That stance didn't gain you any friends, or anyone that shared your beliefs, so you picked up on the Preterist thing from James, and did a switcheroo, so at least one person would befriend you, and soothe your "elected" enlarged ego.
You are in no position to say what I am, or where I am going upon death. Only the Creator can do that. His decisions supercede the bible. |
