USRX + COMS merged a few months ago, with USRX shareholders getting 1.75 COMS shares.

Here were the TTM (trailing 12 month sales) figures on USRX, as of their latest Q they reported, which was 3-97.

TTM on USRX:
3-97 $690 MM
12-96 $645 MM
9-96 $611 MM
6-96 $546 MM
TTM, USRX = $2493 MM

USRX had 95.94 MM shares as of 3-97.
This equates into 167.9 MM COMS shares, or 95.94 x 1.75 = 167.9 MM

Lets add these figures to COMS:
TTM on COMS, excluding any USRX revenue = $3144 MM
Shares on COMS, pre-USRX = 186.5 MM

USRX + COMS Combination:

TTM = $3144 + $2493 = $5637 MM
Shares = 167.9 MM + 186.5 MM = 354.4 MM

354.4MM shares x $49 1/2 = $17.542 Bill cap.
psr = $3.11

Close enough.

p.s.--anyone have a revenue figure that we should be looking for in september, ballpark? I come up with $1.4 Billion, but all I did was divide TTM by 4 on the combined usrx/coms numbers.
p.s.s--at their highs, usrx (was it 105?) and coms (81 3/8) had market caps of $10 billion and $15.1 billion, respectively -- or $25 billion combined. A return to a $25 billion cap puts coms at $70, and at 25 bills, coms/usrx would have ~~1/2 the cap of csco ($53 bill).
