Padco, the only reason to invest in any stock is the possibility of appreciation.

You and Dave have valid reasons for not investing.

Let me throw more reasons into the pot: we all know there's a financing coming up. The price will drop.

If one were to buy, that would be when to do it.

Obviously, management change has caused some holders to sell out - and that may well include some PIPE investors. One should wait for the stock to settle down.

You and Dave say Dimethaid isn't a good enough investment for you. Fine. I simply stated the other side of the story.

That's what makes a market.
