My kids are watching a series of Moody Institute Science videos and loving them. Last night we watched the one about storms: Hurricanes, Tornados, and Typhoons. Afterwards my wife and I had to watch "Twister" (kids were in bed). Awesome in the true sense of the word. There was indeed a comment about hurricanes producing the force of a 10K nuke. Something I didn't know was how the winds in the funnel of a tornado can reach excess of 300 mph! Have a great weekend and we'll toast the Bush re-election November 3rd! TRIO
