Well they sure have tyhe dollars to do it with, and unlike the Japanese, the Chinese buy as well as sell. Or so it seems to me.

Several years ago I suggested on SI threads that I thought the Japanese ought to be using their national savings to buy up precious metals. Instead they have given their money to the U. S. Government to spend.
