I strongly believe in the low PEG theory. In fact on 3/30/97, I built a portfolio around the theory and it is up 73% since. The nine stocks in that portfolio:

Applied Magnetics-APM
Benchmark Electronics-BHE
Cohu-COHU
Dell Computer-DELL (YES it was undervalued 5 months ago)
Datastream Software-DSTM
Innovex-INVX
ReadRite-RDRT
Vanstar-VST
Western Digital-WDC

I was looking over the weekend to see what stocks should now be added and I've come up with 2 more:

Seagate-SEG
CFM Technologies-CFMT (Thanks Grommit)

Almost every disk drive company meets the criteria, but I don't won't to overload it.

BTW, I usually look for stocks with a PEG of .5 or lower.
