Dems complain because Bush runs on his record of fighting terrorism, which is a crock. He let bin Laden escape from Tora Bora, and has since let him rebuild his forces while we sink into a quagmire in Iraq.

Bin Laden will be back, and of course when he attacks, neocons will again blame someone else...
