Is everyone or largely everyone finding that their account levels are showing up correctly on the new version?

If you activate your account there, there might be a delay of as much as 10 minutes before your userlevel is correct.

Should be immediate if you use the login help and click the thing that says to use your old cookie.

Everyone keep your fingers crossed. We're shutting down these webservers about 3 hours from now, doing a final import (which will take forever), then bringing up the new site and hoping it holds up.

There are bound to be problems. This is a huge project that's been in the works for a long time. I can't have anticipated every possible scenario that can cause an error, and have had no way to test the system under load yet.

Best-case is that the site will be available again around 8 Eastern tonight and we'll watch for errors and other problems, put out fires and squash bugs through the weekend, then see how it holds up to a heavy load on Monday and do more of the same.

If everything goes as planned/anticipated, a week from Monday I'll be able to finally start adding new/missing features.
