I haven't seen that one, dusty. Still tryin' to figger it out. Who's the author? I think I know. Here's my take on houses, from 1980, when a friend built one herself. UNFINISHED HOUSE Centuries of trees Took up earth and sun A promise in my name I wove their noble substance Board on board Into a cloak of shelter Threads of my being Just as surely caught In the fabric Yet This house will be unfinished Until The life within shall honor the promise made By centuries of trees
