Right I know all about utilities but my question was specifically
why anyone would need QEMM anyway since its Mainly for DOS apps.

Afa the claim of %30 speed I will have to check this out. It is hard
to believe WIN 95 can be speeded up by %30 with just the addition of
QEMM.
