sure need to find out who this bureaucrat is and fire her on the spot. it would have been better to offer nothing..... if one is only going to offer 60K. the food stamp program in my small town get more money than that to feed dead beats who are inflicted with that common democrap disease called lazyitus.... The U.S. government has said it would provide more than $2 million - an increase from $60,000 that some criticized for its paucity.
