Yes. But this is only a single report about a single chip of unknown date of manufacture. In the past, AMD marketing has not shown the savvy to cherry pick the processors it has sent out for evaluation. While this is laudable in general, it makes it very difficult to compare pre-release or early release of Intel and AMD parts...
