BEAUFORD SEA, CANADA (OIL & GAS) has proven recoverable gas reserves of 108 Bscf and proven recoverable oil reserves of 8,976 MSTB.
On January 22,2004 Mid Amaerican Energy Holdings Co., a wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Inc, along with a consortium of Alaska Native corporations, filed applications to build a pipeline with the Alaska Department of Revenue.
Besides Mid-American, ConocoPhillips, BP, TransCanada Pipelines and ExxonMobil have all expressed interest in building a pipeline.
