LIAR. Bush's economics are a failure except for the fortunate few, those who have benefitted from his 2 trillion in debt spending and massive tax cuts for the very rich. Also for the oil gougers, health care and drug gougers, forest cut-downers and weapons salesmen. Some win under Bush but most lose. 2.8 manufacturing jobs in the US are GONE under Bush. Jobs which replace them (still a million net loss, the first in modern history) are being replaced with lesser jobs with no health care or security.
