PORTFOLIO STATUS UPDATE

I've finished building the queries and made a first pass at fomatting. It appears the "trade" table consists of user-defined positions, with multiple positions of the same ticker possible within a given portfolio. I assume the BuyPrice reflects the closing cost basis after past in/out trades have been applied. I don't see any tables with an additional level of detail.

In the following example, the user had two portfolios. I'll do a line break in between them on final output.

I'd like to get some feedback on format.. ordering of fields, and format. It's going to be delivered to the browser as a straight text file.

Not shown are two fields; the portfolio name (up 40 chars), and a "notes" field for each postion up to 250 chars. I'm thinking about making those optional appends at the end of each line, or have them follow as separate output, with a reference to PortfolioID and Seq.

It won't be all things to all people, but it's something. Presumably, the user will either rekey the data or modify it in an editor for import.

I'd like to wrap this up tomorrow, time permitting, so let's hear some feedback! And, let's keep it simple!
