I was slightly afraid of hearing this.
As great as the Opteron CPUs are, I could imagine that a lot of ISPs are hanging onto their old Xeon gear - mainly for cost-savings reasons. Even worse, with Intel's inventory problems, there might be some price dumping of "old" server gear, which obviously makes "new" Opteron sales "maybe" not so easy .

BTW.. great Msg board here - some very informed posters, which is nice !
