Let's clarify: I really, REALLY, don't understand why NOK is not collecting their share of CDMA IPR fees. They have almost as many essential patents in CDMA as QCOM has. And much more in GSM than QCOM. Nokia is too nice what comes to their competitors (well, I kind of understand what they are trying to do, competition is good for a consumer)
