Fixed and wireless broadband internet could very well take off huge within the the next couple of years. I'm gland to see Nortel has jumped aboard and joined the WiMax forum in an effort to help standardize the technology. With standards in place many experts believe wireless broadband could give other internet providers a run for their money as infrastructure costs would be far less than laying cable. Hopefully Wimax really starts to take off over the next couple of years. Many companies could seriously benefit if it does. Any one have any opinions or predictions how this will affect Nortel? nortelnetworks.com
