I have a difficult time understanding why you wouldn't want this thread to contain information regarding all the alternatives available to shareholders to achieve a common goal.

You can lock up considerably more stock by allowing people who may not be comfortable asking for their certificates for liquidity reasons, by providing reasonable alternatives.

If you take a step back, and reason this one out, I believe you'll see the wisdom of converting as many to your cause as possible.
