Bush will be reelected based upon his character.

Unlike last time when he was elected based on a Supreme Court decision.

If Bush has an electable "character", why does the rest of the free world dislike him?

Bush is a peculiarly home grown product. Therefore, his appeal is to those most like him. You will find very few non Americans in such a crowd.
