If you were the best of the best in management would you want to give your best assets a reason to stick it out with T,I.? I believe they make options available twice a year beginning now for employees. Price perks included! $140.00 per share will be only a brief moment in time after earnings. I know the mixed signal design team and it's management philosophy. If it carries to other sectors, they've earned their status! I'm sure their newly elected V.P. from this team would faint from my comment as we were crossways quite often, but he does know the value of sector intercommunication. Look for upside IMHO. I'd love another chance at $115.00 Larry
