Democrats are the worst racists of all, because they drastically lowered educational standards past few decades in public schools due to their mistaken belief that minorities could not measure up unless the bar was lowered.
That's outrageous. Republicans know that every minority child has the ability to learn if given the chance. That's why Pres Bush is trying to raise the standards & is insisting that students must achieve basic performance levels. Democrats who control public elementary & high schools are kicking their feet and yelling unfair, but No Child Left Behind will ultimately provide all the USA's children with solid education. Yet another reason to vote for Pres Bush.
