I believe currently that AMD is about 1/2 generation behind at .35um technology and will fall further behind at .25um . Intel has such tremendous finacial resources to be able to develop the best (read highest performance) IC processes and then the highest volume to continually have the lowest defect density (highest yield). It is not clear how AMD can keep up !!! Make It So, Yousef
