Mish or anyone, Please provide some insight into this number. I was not expecting such a high number. Then again, I see its seasonally adjusted and I wonder about the validity. Any method change to arrive at this number? Recently we have seen a decline in new housing starts. If sales were really this strong, then builders would keep priming the pump. Thx TH
