Wrong. Recession started March 2001, that's Bush's watch.
Quit lying. and then Bush inherited a huge surplus and turned it into a huge deficit, losing jobs and health care security in the process, weakening most Americans while enriching further those already at the top. Very unfair, unwise and ideologically zealous. Once again, Bush has proven trickle-down economics dont work.
