More than 300 people a month in Baghdad are dying from gunshot wounds, compared with an average of 15 per month in 2002

Of course, those who died from government bullets and were buried in mass graves didn't make it to the city morgue in 2002, so the figures are a little skewed. Don't hold your breath waiting for a reporter to mention this.
