I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING KNIC AND DECIDED TO BUY SOME SHARES AT 9.00 PER ON 7/31....MY DISCOUNT BROKER INFORMED ME THAT THEIR LEGAL DEP'T WOULDN'T ALLOW THEM TO TRADE THE SECURITIES...WOULDN'T YOU KNOW THE SHARES HAVE INCREASED TO 11.12 ON AUG. 2ND....ANYBODY HAVE ANY INFO AS TO WHY......? IT SURE IS INTERESTING..........
