Hi Mohan, my isotope, I have been finding myself so much on the opposite side of most your picks, I finally thought I would write to you. I am a hard-core bear (since mid July) in this market with only one long position - GENZL. I have puts on DELL, CAT and a bunch of others.
Regarding CAT, it is a cyclical cap goods company and should be treated as such. But the Street is throwing away traditional yardsticks and bidding all cyclicals higher as growth companies saying the PEs are cheap. Normally these things happen at the very fag end of a bull-leg.
Just my opinion.
