But you see I make no claim that Saddam was anything but a bad actor. That is a fact.

What I take exception to is half baked plans for dealing with Saddam, especially in the face of a war on terror.

You keep trying to make justification for a screw up. There's no need to justify that. A screw up is a screw up is a screw up.
