The debates are a clean slate. Nothing much before them will matter after. Therefore it's like the playoffs. It's anyone's to win. Prior polls and opinions dont make a damn bit of difference. I say that in the debate playoffs, the truth will matter much more than spin and smear campaigns. Therefore advantage Kerry. But that may only tie him with Bush, then we have the super close election, and Bush and his brother will cheat again in Florida. Much to the glee of dishonest Bushies.
