One question: You seem like a fairly reasonable individual. You clearly would acknowledge that in wars bad things happen, the best laid plans fall apart, etc. Its interesting how you try to 'seduce' the new people on the thread. Its an approach I suspect Clinton may use. First, you let them know that you are smart and an authority on all things. This is said repeatedly over time until its ingrained. And then you begin to flatter them even though their view is not really yours; to whit, "you seem like a fairly resonable individual". Obviously, they are not as smart as you but you throw out a semblance of a crumb here and there to make them feel better. And they have said enough to convince you that you might have a toehold with them and that you might be able successfully exorcise the demon parts of their commentary with which you don't agree and insert your philosphy lock, stock and barrel. Alas, they eventually disappoint because they tend to have a mind of their own. Moral of the story......you need to stick to your own kind. ;~)
