I did not really find a way to start a new discussion in the new SI any more. Still, I think there is a topic worth discussion: outsourcing. My thinking: there actually is a third party in addition to democrats and rebublicans: the consumers. They vote every day. If they buy a product made in China (or Korea, Taiwan, India, or whatever), they create a job in that country at least for some time. Who are really deciding that jobs are going to China: companies or consumers?
