Morgan Stanley has raised their target price on VCAI to $18 a share from $15 per share! The report sights 1.) reduced uncertainty surrounding the companies ability to achieve "normal" operating margins, as demonstrated by 2Q results; 2)significant 5% same store sales growth and 3) the 35% EPS growth rate expected over the next 2 years. Company maintains their "Outperform" rating.
