Bush is the one responsible for rushing into and failing in Iraq. doesn't matter if in the 90's others thought he had WMD's. It was Bush's responsibility as presdient to do the wrong thing and listen to experts, not close his mind and see only one narrow paranoid point of view. Now look at the mess he's created. Bush alone is responsible. Not getting around that.
