Kerry has stated that he is going to provide more "benefits" and programs, yet cut the deficit in half. He has yet to explain how he is going to do that. Kerry is backtracking on some of his statements, which actually is a smart move since his early proposals were not reasonable nor honest, They were nothing more than the standard attempt by a politician to buy votes.
