At this stage, Blockbuster's service is virtually worthless to me. I will probably cancel even with the $9 a month in free coupons. Nothing I want to watch is available. One of the few movies that I did want to watch got lost in the mail. They need to do a LOT of work on this product. Chris Rock's latest DVD has been marked "long wait" for a month now. Is it really so difficult to buy more copies of it?
