I may be late to this party. Are you looking at this, or should I?

Inre the ban list, will over have of the bans will be eliminated when I run the procedure. But, it keeps bombing after processing 3800 rows on the dry-run. I'd like you to take a look at it when you can.

(I backed up the ban list, but plan to back up again before running with the delete uncommented.)
