Yes it does make sense. I like to understand how others approach this problem because the writings on this subject quote anywhere from 50-80% success rate for credit spreads and 10-30% return per spread. What I don't read about is a mathematical approach to assure a nice profit for this strategy - in other words, for those times when the spread is not successful, when do you close the position and move on? I'm still working on that aspect. Thanks for the reply.
