did that for 12 years We did not do that for 12 years. 9-11 only happened three years ago. What we did for the intervening period cannot be seen in the same light as the period after. Prior to 9-11...and really after it too...Saddam was contained. That was the choice made by the Bush I administration and carried on by the Clinton administration. We only have BushII's record to look at after 9-11. And a dismal record it is. Orca
